What is kulfi, anyway?

Kulfi is a South Asian frozen dessert, traditionally made by slowly simmering milk and sugar until it becomes thick and creamy, then freezing it—no churning involved. It’s often served on a stick like an ice cream bar, but with a denser, more milky flavor. It’s unique, nostalgic, and seriously tasty.

What makes our ice cream special?

All our ice cream is made in-house, right in the back of the shop. We churn it daily in small batches using maximum butterfat for richness and as little air as possible for that dense, creamy texture you love. We use premium ingredients, like saffron, and collaborate with other small businesses to create bold, original flavors like Kaapi, Cookie Monster, Baklava, and Vietnamese Coffee.

Does our ice cream contain eggs?

Our kulfi and ice cream base does not contain eggs. The only regular item we use that contains egg whites is our marshmallow fluff. Occasionally, we offer flavors with mix-ins that contain egg (like our brownies), and those will always be clearly labeled on the menu.

What other allergens are in our ice cream?

Many of our ice creams contain common allergens such as dairy, nuts, or gluten. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment and scoopers between flavors, but please note that cross-contamination is possible.

Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?

Yes! We always keep vegan options on our menu, and we’re always experimenting with new plant-based flavors.

Do you offer samples?

Of course! We know some of our flavors might be new or unfamiliar, so we encourage sampling until you find something you love.

Do you offer catering?

We took a step back from full-service catering in 2025, but we’re excited to announce we’re bringing it back for 2026! In the meantime, we offer bulk orders of our kulfi bars, single-serving ice cream cups, pints, and buckets of ice cream — perfect for parties, weddings, or special events.
